    Premium Travelling Irrigator Lay Flat Hose

    Flexidrag® irrigation hose is Australia’s leading drag hose for travelling irrigators. It’s a smooth, flexible layflat hose that can be easily stored when not in use – either on an irrigator or in a shed. It comes in a large range of sizes and lengths. The Flexidrag® travelling irrigator drag hose is a perfect blend of superior materials with high-quality construction techniques.

    The hose is manufactures by weaving a textile reinforcement of high-tensile polyesterand encasing it with abrasion-resistant polyurethane. The use of high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) ensures maximum abrasion and UV resistance, while the warp and weft of high-tenacity filament yarns give maximum strength. This strong internal fabric can withstand the high tensile load applied to the hose when it is dragged behind an irrigator. It also has a high UV resistance and is not prone to cracking like rubber hose. Our technically-advanced annealing process gives the finishing treatment to this layflat hose, making it world engin best standard. The Flexidrag® is also able to withstand high pressures on the sprinklers as well as remain flexible at low pressure on linear irrigators. This makes it an ideal travelling irrigator hose solution.

    Mine Dewatering Applications

    The Flexidrag® is an ultra tough lay-flat hose for use on mine sites and rugged terrain environments. It is constructed by weaving a tight polyester fabric and covering this material with polyurethane. The polyurethane cover and liner ensures maximum abrasion, corrosion and chemical resistance. The cover is also UV treated so that the hose can be left outdoors without concern for cracking.
